Problems can be read here, and it is also possible to submit solutions using team secret GUEST (although no proof will be manually checked).

Time and date: Starting Friday 13 March 2020 at 20:00 ART (23:00 UTC), and lasting until Sunday 15 March 2020 at 20:00 ART (23:00 UTC)

Any language is allowed for problem statements and solutions, but using one of Spanish, English or Portuguese is strongly recommended, unless the point or the idea of the problem is precisely about using an exotic or specific language.
